1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded parmesan
1 can artichoke hearts (drained)
1 brick cream cheese (softened)
Shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella, optional
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer (except cheddar and mozzarella). Place mixture in an oven save bowl. Top with shredded cheddar and Mozzarella. Bake until cheeze on top is melted and mixture begins to bubble or is heated through. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette. Serves 4-6 people.
Great for office pot lucks - just put in a crock pot instead, and let cook on high for a 3-4 hours before lunch.
